簡介
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management initiatives
- Facilitate employee training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide administrative support to HR team
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, full-time, diverse team environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, effective written and verbal communication.
