Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; drives adherence of the policies and procedures for the employees; periodically reviews the policies to effect continual improvements toward efficiency and productivity. Supports in the development of house rules and regulations, administers end to end employee disciplinary action process for attendance, performance and behavioral related cases, talent assessment calibration, employee grievance, behavioral and career coaching, end to end exit management including voluntary resignations, terminations, redundancy due to business cessation or health. Tracking, monitoring, and reporting of corrective actions and exit management
Provide orientation, guidance, and counsel to client group leaders for all HR processes and procedures including performance management, talent management, compensation planning, talent development and career development
Assesses employee needs and determines employee morale and suggests interventions to management and collaborates with and enables team leaders and managers in team management and performance
Cascade and communicate HR programs and updates to employees to promote a better understanding of management goals and company policies and procedures
Partner with analytics in process improvement initiatives through evaluation of reports, providing insights and recommendations to core business
Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
Support organizational development initiatives.

At least 5 years of recent experience in an HR Manager or higher HR-related role
Extensive experience in all facets of HR – Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Learning and Development
Experience in process review and improvement, implementation, and management
Must have demonstrated outstanding client management and servicing
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Data-driven and experienced in both strategic and tactical HR management
Must have a strong work ethic, a high level of maturity, and commercial mindset
