簡介

  • Manage employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Assist in conducting examination and interview of applicants.
  • Assist in payroll preparation (DTRs).
  • Perform various HR tasks.

職位要求

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resource Management.
  • Has knowledge with labor laws, ethical practices and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong integrity and keen to details.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be trained in Baguio City then be assigned in Rosario, La Union.
  • Willing to travel to Baguio, if necessary.
  • Can start immediately.
