  • As an HR Employee Relations & Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment, and providing administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping.

  • Proven experience or a strong interest in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments.
  • A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
