Job Description:


The HR Compensation and Benefits Associate provides support in administering the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role assists in ensuring employee compensation packages are competitive and compliant with company policies and regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in HR compensation and benefits.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus but not required.
