Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
Room Preparation:
Prepare and arrange guest rooms before arrival, ensuring all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen.
Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Properly handle and store cleaning products to prevent accidents.
Guest Interaction:
Respond to guest requests and concerns in a courteous manner.
Report maintenance issues or guest feedback to supervisors.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other housekeeping staff and management to maintain cleanliness standards.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational courses in hospitality or related fields can be advantageous.
Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is often preferred, but entry-level positions may be available for those without prior experience.
Skills:
Attention to detail: Ability to spot cleanliness and organization issues.
Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks.
Communication: Basic communication skills for interactions with guests and team members.
Physical stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques: Familiarity with different cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
Certifications:
Certification in housekeeping or cleaning services can enhance job prospects (optional but beneficial).
