The Club Manager is the heart of Anytime Fitness day-to-day operations and is responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of the club. This role combines leadership, sales, customer service, and operational management. The Club Manager creates a positive, high-energy environment that inspires staff and members, drives membership growth and retention, and ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness facility.

Sales & Membership Growth:

• Lead all sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, outreach, and closing new memberships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships, personal training packages, and other club services.
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness and walk-ins.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of staff, including personal trainers, front desk, and support personnel.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching to ensure service excellence.
• Set team goals aligned with club targets and monitor team KPIs.

Operations & Facility Management:

• Ensure daily club operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality in line with Anytime Fitness standards.
• Manage schedules, inventory, supplies, petty cash, and basic reporting.

Member Experience & Retention:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members.
• Handle member concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Implement member retention strategies and engagement programs (e.g., challenges, events).

Financial Accountability:

• Oversee club budget and expense control.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, petty cash liquidation, and fund requests.
• Work closely with the finance team to support payroll and purchasing processes.

• Should have experience in the Fitness Industry.
