簡介

  • Coordinate all Air Import/Export activities. This might include quotes, bookings, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing, and billing.
  • Communicate daily with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, internal team, and overseas offices where necessary,
  • Ensure shipments are filed timely and accurately in our operational systems
  • Update shipment milestones in our operational systems to guarantee data quality for our customers
  • Ensure specific customer requirements are met (transit time, carrier selection, routings, etc.)
  • Monitoring of shipments to provide a proactive update to our customers and to solve potential operational disruptions
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

職位要求

  • College Level or related experience and/or training related to the position; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient computer skills.
  • Air Import and Export - 2 years (Required)
  • Ocean freight - 2 years (Required)
