Ensure proper billing based on client and invoice type.
Oversee financial transactions, manage billing cycles, ensure accuracy in AP and AR, and prepare financial reports.
Check sales invoices and other related documents needed prior to delivery of merchandise.
Monitor usage and availability of billing booklets [sales invoice (SI), delivery receipt (DR), collection receipt (CR)].
Coordinate with other Accounting sections for any changes in information with issued invoices, processed payments, customer information or any relevant information to update all accounting records.
Monitor invoice cancellations and returned documents from merchandise deliveries.
Implement processes, protocols, and documentations to ensure efficiency and compliance to best practices & policies related to the billing function.
Consult with the Finance Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.
Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial statement analysis, billing processes, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). Knowledge of asset management is essential.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and effective team management skills.
