The Finance Manager is responsible for a financial health of the company and records, and interprets financial data to help management make a good judgement in financial decisions. The FM ensures timely and accurate recording of all transactions summarized into monthly financial board reports.

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA is preferred
• With 3-5 years experience in a leadership role or in a management level position; strong people management capacity
• Solution-centric manager
• Proven experience in complete cycle in accounting, preparation of financial report, and statutory filings of government regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
