Working closely with the design team on FF&E requirements and selection.
Communicate with internal stakeholders on all project related information pertaining to FF&E.
Attending meetings with the client and take ownership of material board and furniture presentations.
Have a thorough knowledge of the client and their requirements.
Prepare material boards and relevant documentation.
Prepare the necessary documentation required for the creation of purchase requests of furniture, special finishes and special design items.
Pre-sourcing of furniture, finished and specialty items

Degree in Architecture, Interior, Furniture or Industrial Design
A strong knowledge of furniture systems, materials specification and their respective procurement process
Establish a network of vendors, suppliers and special service providers
Willingness to travel (local and international)
Software competency: MS Office programs, CAD. Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop
