Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product and service information to assist customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2 years in college with 2 years BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers.
