Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers via phone, resolve issues, provide product information, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Handle various customer service tools and software efficiently
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: with/without BPO or healthcare exp
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and people skills; capable of handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requires flexibility in work hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
