- Provide outstanding customer service by effectively addressing inbound inquiries and resolving issues with an emphasis on first-contact resolution.
- Recognize and fulfill additional customer needs while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.

- College undergrad and/or bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
- At least 1 year of BPO/CSR voice experience.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Work schedule: Graveyard / Night shift.
