職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.

- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work including evenings/weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
