We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. 


As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for parents and guardians navigating the student enrollment and registration process. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that families receive accurate information, compassionate assistance, and timely resolution to their concerns. You will guide users through document submission, follow up via multiple channels, and escalate issues when needed. 


This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability — all while upholding the organization’s mission of putting children first. You will work remotely and collaborate across teams to support a smooth and family-centered enrollment experience. 



  • Serve as the first line of support for parents and guardians during school registration. 
  • Guide families through documentation requirements with clarity and empathy. 
  • Perform accurate data entry and manage confidential information responsibly. 
  • Follow up via phone, email, or chat to ensure application completion and resolve issues. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved or complex cases. 
  • Maintain precise case documentation using Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Forms). 
  • Meet productivity, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer satisfaction goals. 
  • Work U.S. Pacific Standard Time hours with minimal supervision. 

職位要求

Core: 

  • Customer service & support (voice, email, chat) 
  • Empathy & emotional intelligence 
  • Time management & prioritization 
  • Data entry & information confidentiality 
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Forms, Docs) 


Technical: 

  • CRM or case tracking systems (experience preferred) 
  • US time zone familiarity (especially PST) 
  • Remote work and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) 


Bonus/Nice-to-Have: 

  • Background in education support or school registration 
  • Familiarity with productivity and quality tracking in Google Sheets 
  • Experience with U.S.-based clients and culturally aware communication
