• Evaluate and process personal loan and salary loan applications.
• Assess borrower’s creditworthiness through background checks, financial analysis, and employment verification.
• Analyze income documents and credit reports to determine repayment capacity.
• Ensure compliance with bank credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct client interviews to validate application information and clarify discrepancies.
• Recommend loan approvals, rejections, or amendments based on risk assessments.
• Monitor and manage active loan accounts to ensure timely repayments.
• Coordinate with collection teams for delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and loan documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in credit evaluation, loan processing, or related banking roles (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of personal/salary loan products and credit evaluation process.
• Familiarity with credit scoring, risk analysis, and financial document interpretation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with loan management systems is a plus.
