职位描述

  • Manage customer credit applications and risk assessments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Implement collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve credit-related issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in credit and collections preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong documentation, credit analysis, effective communication, and report generation skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage account collections, process payments, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
