Salary Budget: Php 50,000.00 – 70,000.00 php all in salary package

With over 30 years of industry experience, the company provides expertise in traditional screeding, liquid screed, and underfloor heating installations. The company serves clients across various sectors, including construction, retail, and education, delivering tailored screeding solutions that meet specific project requirements.

The successful candidate will help build the client’s best practice process to streamline his workflow and systematize the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ESTIMATOR

Qualifications as an Estimator:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. (RICS is a plus, but not essential).
• Experience: 2-3 years in estimating (floor screeding or a related construction field preferred).
• Good working knowledge of forms of contract in the Building and Civil Engineering industry.
• Must have experience in taking tender submissions from enquiry to final submission.
• Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for your work and drive projects forward.
• Serial Communicator: You enjoy building strong relationships with clients and keeping our internal teams informed at all times.
• Commercial Awareness: You understand what makes a winning bid and can balance competitiveness with profitability.
• Reporting & Data Management: You can create, manage, and interpret reports—no waiting to be told what to do.
• Technical Knowledge: Comfortable with construction drawings, floor layouts, and materials like screed, concrete, insulation, and flooring systems.
• Proactive & Independent: You don’t need hand-holding—you find solutions and make things happen.
• Spreadsheet & Data Accuracy: Confident in using spreadsheets for cost analysis and reporting.

Your Responsibilities as an Estimator would be:

• Own the estimating process—from initial costing to tender submissions.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure smooth project transitions to the sales team.
• Create your own reports and keep them up to date – you’re not waiting on others to track your progress.
• Measure and quantify screed applications (including complex areas) with precision.
• Manage tender submissions—ensuring client stands out.
• Keep stakeholders updated so the sales team can take over at the right time.
• Liaise with directors and key decision-makers to drive business growth.
