Primary Tasks:

  • Periodically evaluate, formulate, recommend for approval and implementation appropriate Production plans, strategies and programs for the assurance and maintenance of the smooth operation in terms of efficiently managing the four M’s namely Manpower, Machine, Materials and Methods.
  • Regularly monitors and identifies developmental needs like new equipment and tools; improvement in formula; improvement in packaging in the section and submit recommendation for growth and increase productivity.
  • Regularly monitors and analyze effectiveness of existing system, procedures and implements necessary adjustments without violating existing process, product standard and specification.
  • Regularly coordinates with QA and/or Quality & Product Specialist regarding:

a. Food Safety Standard Operations

b. Standardization of existing / new finished products (shelf life study, standard batch yield/ output).

  • Conducts process improvement studies with concurrence of the Supply Chain Manager to attain and achieve higher level of productivity and cost efficiency.
  • He/she periodically audit and check production schedule and ensure availability of products based on store requirement.
  • Monitors availability and timely requisition of materials for production use.
  • Prepares monthly manpower report to determine manning utilization. Audits and checks adequate manning and positioning of Commissary Team Member to ensure smooth operation and maximize productivity.
  • Regularly audits condition of all facilities, machines and equipment in the section. Directly responsible for taking necessary action to ensure continuous operation.
  • Coordinates with equipment supplier regarding equipment check-up and repair.
  • He /she regularly monitor preparation and transfer of finished goods to warehouse / dispatch.
  • Responsible for collation, evaluation, analysis and interpretation of actual Production data to account for actual performance and efficiency level of the Commissary Section. Reviews and consolidates performance reports submitted by Commissary Team Leaders.
  • Identifies problem, investigate causes of problem; implement and/or recommend corrective action at soonest time possible to prevent out of stock and/or unnecessary delay and/or wastage in the production process.

a. Ensures 100% availability of Finished Products.

b. Ensures 0% product disposal / wastages.

  • Conducts regular meeting with Commissary Team Members to discuss performances and other development, opportunities and plans as the need arises.
  • Recommends to the Supply Chain Manager training of personnel under his/her section to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Implements fair, objective review and evaluation of personnel performance based on measurable parameters.
  • He/she conducts time keeping record and payroll computation every cut off. Prepares work schedule of his/her section.
  • Ensure effective handling of section cases and situations regarding disciplinary actions / infractions in accordance to prescribed provisions.
  • Ensures completion / updating of all Commissary Reports. Directs all Commissary Team Leaders to maintain an orderly and systematic record keeping procedures.
  • Accountable for effective implementation and compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards. Regularly monitor consistent implementation and compliance to Sanitation and GMP Standards.

a. Personal hygiene.

b. Cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and tools that come in contact with food.

c. Cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.

d. Proper disposal of waste materials.

職位要求

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience as Commissary Supervisor or any related field
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course
  • Willing to work long hours; shifting schedule with Saturday/Sunday
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Personable and out going
  • Guest–focused and good Team Player
