Qualifications:

• High school graduate or above (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
• No BPO experience required – we’re happy to train beginners!
• For tenured agents: at least 6 months BPO experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Proficient in using computers and navigating basic systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
