簡介

Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries.
Provide information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Assist in training new team members as needed.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
