- Support training and onboarding of new agents.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, adept team player, and a strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment; may include shift work, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
