Efficient Call Handling: Respond to inbound and outbound calls swiftly and courteously, providing clear and helpful information to patients and resolving their concerns.
Streamlined Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and update appointments with accuracy, while ensuring patients are informed of any necessary documents or procedures in advance.
Insurance Support: Validate insurance coverage and work closely with billing teams and partners to resolve issues and answer related questions.
Exceptional Patient Service: Deliver compassionate, informed support to patients, focusing on resolving issues on the first call and creating a positive interaction.
Collaborative Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operations and outstanding patient care.

Active PRC License – Must hold a valid nursing license in the Philippines.
At least 1 Year Acute Care Experience – Required in ICU, NICU, PACU, PICU, CCU, ER, Trauma, Burn Care, or Medical-Surgical settings.
At least 1 Year Medical Billing Experience – Experience with claims processing, coding, and insurance-related tasks is essential.
