Description

  • Organizing, archiving, and managing company documents.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and distributing it to relevant departments.
  • Performing data entry and regularly updating the administrative database.
  • Assisting with financial administrative processes, such as recording routine expenses and petty cash.
  • Scheduling and arranging meeting agendas, business trips, and internal activities.
  • Supporting procurement activities for goods and office supplies.
  • Preparing routine administrative reports for supervisors or operational managers.


Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school in Office Administration or D3/S1 (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Communicative with good teamwork skills.
  • Experience in administration for at least 1 year (preferred).
