簡介

Job Summary:

  • The Executive/Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
  • This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion.
  • Support other team members or departments as required.

職位要求

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
