簡介
- Receives, checks, and process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Warehouse in arranging deliveries.
- Prepares Production Plan and Packing Instruction for approval.
- Monitors, maintains, and update customers' and suppliers' database.
- Prepares Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders, and other delivery documents.
- Prepares Purchase order for approval.
- Assist in procurement of local supplies and services requirements of Warehouse and Production Dept.
- Assist in preparation of necessary documentation in compliance to ISO procedures.
- Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to the operations.
- Ensures neat and tidy filing of all documents at all time for easy reference.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong English communication, analytical, leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable: Philippine Customs and PEZA regulations and processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a standard workweek.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent time management, customer-service focused, adaptable.
