• Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing financial reports and documentation
• Assisting in audits, budgeting, and payroll processes
• Maintaining organized financial records
• Supporting senior accountants or finance team

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
• Familiarity with government compliance and tax filing is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Associate degree may be accepted with experience)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• CPA license or units is a plus (but not required)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
