Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct audits and prepare tax returns.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Management, SAP, Reconciliations, Billing, Financial Analysis, Financial Statements, and General Accounting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial reports, manage billing and collections, conduct reconciliations, and ensure timely processing of accounts.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
