Descrição:
- 准备/审查月度账目、日记账分录、支持时间表并提交带有差异分析的季度报告演示文稿。
- 准备/审查付款和账单，包括公司间活动和员工索赔。
- 处理现金流预测、定期存款和银行账户管理事宜。
- 编制并提交政府财务统计调查/数据和新加坡金融管理局监管回报/调查。
- 协调和联络外部各方，例如内部和外部审计师、公司和 GST 税务代理、公司秘书代理。这包括管理年度审计流程，包括编制审计师和代理所需的审计财务报表和时间表。
- 协助临时项目，包括 UAT 和新系统计划的实施。
Requisito
- 拥有会计学学位或文凭或同等学历，并具有至少3-5年相关经验。
- 具有使用会计软件的实践经验，最好是 Netsuite。
