Description
- Prospects for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients
- Prepares quotation, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines.
- Ensures timely and professional submission of all information and proposals as requested by clients, ensuring follow up until closure.
- Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports of sales activities, especially client visits/calls
- Resolves customer complaints by addressing problems, facilitating the development of solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to managers
- Monitors customer satisfaction and settlement of accounts with SPPI
- Maintains positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts
- Supports marketing strategy and business development teams as appropriate
- Provides agreed billing arrangement to the Accounting team and provides details of payment arrangements to support collection of all signed accounts
- Maintains awareness and understanding of all SPPI products and services, ensuring that the full range of SPPI products and services are presented to new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve/Exceeds sales quota target on a quarterly basis
- Ability to work in a high-stress Sales environment & multitask
- Manage client accounts, provide sales support, and conduct presentations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in account management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Support, Sales Training, Sales Management, Competitor Analysis, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work in teams, and effective cold calling skills.
