説明
- Establish and pursue SALES targets and revenue objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
- MUST have experience doing SALES in Transport and Logistics.
- With experience working in a logistics company is an advantage
- Responsible for overall business development program, evaluate and quantify the SALES opportunities.
- Create comprehensive proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements tailored to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective CLIENTS.
- To spearhead SALES in transport and logistics.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements thru proficient reports.
- Engage in negotiations to establish favorable terms and pricing, ensuring successful contract closures.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance consistently.
- In liaison with operations team for the implementation and management of new and ongoing business.
- Able to resolve any operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.
- Ensures that the company complies with and is up to date on law and regulations pertaining to trucking and logistics
- Respond promptly to client concerns and issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Design and execute a strategic business development plan that supports the company’s vision and growth objectives.
