Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Ayala Land Premier. The Property Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to commercial and residential real estate sales, customer service, and communication. The role is based in Makati but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Residential Real Estate knowledge is an advantage
• Sales experience
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is an advantage
