A Glimpse into Your New Role

• Provide first-level technical support and outstanding customer service across various channels.
• Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets with timely updates under SLA/OLA standards.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues as needed.
• Keep system records updated and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Continuously develop technical skills to better support customers.
