Descripción
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person in Spanish.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and finding the best solution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Requisito
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Spanish language certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start ASAP
