Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory

Requisito

Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, quality control, operations management, and excellent communication (both written and verbal).
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, manage inventory, train staff, and maintain documentation.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring adaptability to changing situations.
Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive work atmosphere.
