We are currently looking for a Recruitment Staff to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online platforms, job fairs, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation
• Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive applicant experience
• Support recruitment campaigns and other HR-related activities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
• Familiarity with job posting platforms (JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
• Willing to work on-site at Salcedo Tower, Makati City
