Job Description

Acts as a liaison between manufactory, marketing, and sales teams to streamline communication and ensure that the product pipeline is stable to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Familiarize with product performance metrics to identify key points of the products and formulate strategies for sales pitch.

Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product databases, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.

Analyzing competitors: Monitors competitor products, identifying strengths and weaknesses to inform the company's product development strategies.

Market Research: Conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of the target market, identify market trends, gathers and manage customer’s feedback on the product.

Support Product Launches: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales support, marketing team and sales team from creating promotional marketing materials to.

Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions for sales and customer support teams after updates to ensure their knowledge is up to date.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
• Prior experience in product development or marketing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to address and resolve inquiries effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience in Heavy Equipment or related Industry is a plus
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Can start asap
