What You’ll Do

✅ Manage post-sales client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and continued satisfaction

✅ Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth by aligning solutions with client needs

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty

✅ Provide proactive support, training, and insights to help clients maximize the value of AdrenalinHR solutions

✅ Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with internal teams to improve products and services

What We’re Looking For

? 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach

? Proven ability to upsell and drive account expansion opportunities

? Familiarity with HR tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is a plus

? A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and relationship building
