• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in US healthcare insurance verification, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance types (e.g., Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO), medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Google Suite
