·         Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accident.

·         Ensures safety standards are met, can identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.

·         Administers first aid treatments and provides medication as needed.

·         Monitor and records patients’ condition.

·         Secures and ensures that sick employees submit fit to work certificates before they proceed to their specific station/department.

·         Schedules and assist annual medical examination of all employees to prevent risk condition.

·         Monitors absenteeism and conducts visitation at home as needed especially if the stated reason is always on health issues.

·         Generate medical report.

·         Conducts inventory of medicine and other medical supplies every month and prepares purchase request as necessary.

·         Implements and complies with Company Handbook and procedures including Health, Safety and Environmental policies.

·         Registered Nurse.

·         At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.

·         At least attended First Aid, OHNAP, Basic Life Support of similar training

·         With experience in a manufacturing setup as a Company Nurse is an advantage.
