• Performs the task of planning, monitoring, and controlling each project's baselines.
• Work closely with project teams to deliver project reports per the PPC Supervisor’s approval.
• In charge of collecting all project updates and data for periodic time and revenue reports and variance analysis reports.
• The PPCE ensures that projects are completed within the determined time frame and the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD:

A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

B. Experience

• At least one (1) year work experience in construction project planning or its equivalent and at least one (1) year work experience in operations
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System, an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
• Knowledge of/skills in Primavera-Intermediate
• Knowledge of/ skills in MS Office-Intermediate
• Professional attitude and appearance

C. Eligibility

• Licensed Civil Engineer, preferred
