簡介

  • Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules; 
  • Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, feedback, and training; 
  • Enforce quality standards and ensure products meet required specifications;
  • Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and adherence to company policies; 
  • Manage personnel to optimize production efficiency; 
  • Effectively communicate with team members, Production Manager and other stakeholders. 
  • Identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences;  
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide clear instructions, and communicate effectively. 
  • Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement solutions. 
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Typically requires more than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing set-up.
