Job Responsibilities

KOL Development and Relationship Management:

1. Proactively identify potential KOLs on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Twitter.

2. Establish and maintain a long-term KOL resource pool targeting the Mexican and broader Latin American markets.

3. Manage KOL business negotiations, including partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and contract execution.

4. Leverage UGC channels to rapidly cultivate amateurs into exclusive KOLs/ambassadors/promoters.

Data Evaluation and Advertising Strategy:

1. Initial Assessment: Verify KOL follower authenticity, engagement rates, and audience demographics to ensure alignment with the iGaming sector.

2. Performance Tracking: Monitor collaboration metrics (clicks, registrations, first deposits, ROI) and optimize ad spend based on performance.

Content and Creative Collaboration:

1. Guide KOLs in producing promotional content that aligns with local culture and complies with gambling regulations.

2. Develop exclusive KOL campaign concepts designed to attract new users.

Competitive Monitoring:

Conduct regular research on marketing trends and competitor KOL activities in the Latin American market.

Core Competencies:

- Business Negotiation: Ability to engage with KOLs and negotiate compensation aligned with project scope.

- Data Analysis: Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data to detect anomalies in follower growth; capable of forecasting ROI and setting collaboration budgets based on engagement rates and historical competitor performance.

Industry Experience Requirements

- Strong English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

- 1–2 years of overseas KOL marketing experience; familiarity with the Mexican or other Latin American markets is preferred.

- Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry, particularly in overseas online gambling marketing; Affiliate Marketing experience is an advantage.
