  • Develop and implement the listing business development strategy to promote the launch of high-quality projects
  • Identify and expand potential project partner resources, and negotiate listing cooperation plans
  • Manage and lead the listing business development team, setting monthly goals and execution plans
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics to optimize listing policies and processes
  • Coordinate internal resources such as legal, technical, and risk control to ensure efficient project launches
  • Maintain relationships with existing project partners and promote subsequent ecosystem collaborations (trading, events, AMAs, etc.)
