職位描述
職責
1. 搭建並完善交易所上幣（Listing）規則、流程與評審體系；
2. 負責篩選、調研和評估潛在項目的價值和發展潛力；
3. 根據項目特性，設計並推動增長合作（Trading Competition、Marketing Campaign 等）；
4. 結合市場行情與戰略目標，制定並執行靈活的上幣策略；
5. 維護與項方的良好關係，推動長期合作。
要求
1. 3年以上加密貨幣行業從業經驗，熟悉CEX運作模式；
2. 具備成功的上幣項目經驗，熟悉Token項目的評估維度與關鍵指標（如團隊、技術、社區、合規性等）；
3. 英文可作為工作語言；
4. 對加密市場趨勢敏銳，具備戰略思維與資源整合能力；
5. 擁有項方、基金、投資人等行業資源者優先。
