Crypto CEX合约BD
1.结合公司战略，参与公司代理/合作伙伴政策的制定，全面推广公司产品;
2.搭建代理商合作管控体系，负责代理商的招募、运营管理、激励淘汰等，为公司布局稳定的高质量代理商团队;
3.对代理商提供业务指导培训，协同代理商完成渠道业绩任务。
4.配合公司对代理的管理制度，落实各项代理管理工作
任职资格
1.有crypto工作经验，对crypto群体有深入了解。
2.CEX商务优先;有代理资源优先。
3.沟通能力强，能接待并处理用户和代理遇到的日常问题
