職位描述
業務拓展：
• 負責挖掘並對接潛在合作夥伴，包括交易所、DeFi 協議、NFT 市場、元宇宙項目等。
• 推動 Web2 企業與 Web3 技術結合，開拓大眾採用相關業務，降低用戶進入 Web3 的門檻。
合作方案設計與執行：
• 結合市場需求，制定個性化的 BD 方案，推動合作落地，提升商業轉化率。
• 負責合作協議談判，確保公司權益和業務目標的實現。
• 確保 BD 需求能夠有效轉化為可落地的產品或服務。
市場分析與戰略優化：
• 關注區塊鏈、RWA、DeFi、NFT 等賽道的最新動態，分析競爭對手，優化 BD 策略。
• 幫助公司產品適應更廣泛的用戶群體。
• 跟蹤組內 BD 數據，定期複盤合作效果，並調整策略以提高業務增長效率。
