Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Work Schedule: 24/7 shift, 5 days a week, 2 off day.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Native Taiwanese speaker to join our Customer Service team supporting a Travel Project. You will handle customer inquiries via Call, Chat & Email to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via call, chat, and email in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
* Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when neededMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
* Meet individual KPIs for quality, CSAT, and response timeRequirementsNative Taiwanese speaker.
* Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently
Requirement
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in Customer Service preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in 24/7 shift environment.
Nice To Have: Previous experience in Travel, Hospitality, or Airline industry
