Description

1. Develop and implement the company's recruitment strategy, with fluency in both Chinese and English, ensuring that recruitment activities align with the company's strategy.

2. Design, optimize, and manage the recruitment process to ensure high efficiency and high-quality recruitment activities.

3. Ensure diversity in recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment, to attract talent from various levels and fields.

4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment resources to enhance the company's reputation in the market.

5. Conduct data organization and analysis related to recruitment, and prepare recruitment reports.

6. Assist in interview communication and follow-up processes, and help develop and implement candidate assessment programs.

7. Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees, assisting the company in nurturing and retaining top talent.


Requirements

1. Non-mainland Chinese nationality, fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to human resources

3. At least 3 years of recruitment or headhunting experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in well-known companies

4. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, capable of handling complex recruitment challenges

5. Work location to be in Hong Kong/Macau/Bangkok/Manila
